Tickets & Planning
Q: When and where is MEBS?
A: Join us September 24–25, 2027, at Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, Wisconsin. VIP guests can

kick off the weekend with a boat cruise on Thursday, September 23.
Q: How do I pick my tickets?
A: It’s easy! Choose Friday, Saturday, or both days. Then add anything you’d love to experience, like VIP,

the Awards Gala, headshots, or competitions. If you’re competing, check which day your competition

takes place before choosing a one-day ticket.
Q: What’s happening Friday?
A: Your Friday ticket includes education sessions, demonstrations, the vendor marketplace, networking, the Skin-First Runway, and campfire networking. Come ready to learn something new

and leave with a few new ideas for your business!
Q: What’s happening Saturday?
A: Your Saturday ticket includes education sessions, demonstrations, the Founders Panel, the vendor marketplace, networking, and Content Corner activations. It’s another full day of ideas,

connections, and moments you’ll want to capture.
Q: Is the Awards Gala included with my day ticket?
A: The Saturday evening Awards Gala is a separate add-on. If you want to dress up, celebrate the industry, and be part of our big night, add a gala ticket when you plan your weekend!
 

VIP & Add-Ons
Q: Do I need a day ticket to purchase VIP?
A: Yes. VIP is an upgrade to your MEBS admission, and there are only 50 VIP spots available.
Q: What’s included with VIP?
A: VIP guests get the Thursday boat cruise, reserved seating, a VIP gift bag with free products, a Founders photo, three headshots, a VIP T-shirt, and exciting surprises throughout the weekend.

The Awards Gala and competition entries are separate.
Q: Can I get headshots if I’m not VIP?
A: Yes! Headshots will be available as an add-on. VIP guests already have three included.
 

Competitions
Q: Do I have to compete?
A: Not at all! Come to learn, explore, connect, and cheer on your fellow beauty pros. And if you’ve been waiting for a reason to put your skills out there, this could be your moment.
Q: How much does it cost to enter?
A: Competition entries range from $25–$50. Check each competition listing for its rules,

entry fee, and scheduled day.
Q: Can I enter more than one competition?
A: Yes! Competitions take place on both Friday and Saturday, and the more you enter, the more chances you have to earn the title of Midwest Esthetics & Beauty Summit MVP.
Q: Who judges, and what do winners receive?
A: Industry pros will judge the competitions. First-place winners receive a cash prize, and second and third place winners receive trophies. Every competitor and winner will be featured on the MEBS website, so stepping up is worth celebrating, too!
 

Guests, Families & Your Stay
Q: Can I bring a partner or friend?
A: Please do! Turn MEBS into a weekend away together. Guests are welcome to stay at Lake Lawn Resort, and guest ticket options are available for select experiences, including the Skin-First Runway, Awards Gala, and VIP boat cruise. Anyone attending a ticketed MEBS event needs the appropriate ticket.
Q: Can I bring my family?
A: Absolutely! All Midwest Esthetics & Beauty Summit events are adults only, but your family is welcome to join you for a getaway at Lake Lawn Resort. The resort offers Bucky’s Playhouse activities, pools, lake activities, and lawn games, so there’s plenty for them to explore while you’re at MEBS.

Activities may vary by date; contact Lake Lawn Resort for the children’s activity schedule

or reach out to us with summit questions.
Q: Does my family need MEBS tickets to stay at the resort?
A: No. Hotel reservations and MEBS tickets are separate. Your family can stay at

Lake Lawn without attending the summit.
Q: Do I have to stay at Lake Lawn Resort?
A: No. You can drive in or stay nearby. If you want to make a full weekend of it, staying at Lake Lawn puts you close to the action and gives you more time to enjoy the lake.

Q: Is MEBS only for estheticians?
A: MEBS is built around the esthetics and beauty community. Estheticians, beauty professionals, artists, students, educators, and industry brands are all welcome. Come as you are and find your people here!
Q: Will there be shopping?
A: Oh, yes! Explore the vendor marketplace, meet the people behind professional brands, discover new products and tools, and find your next favorite thing.
Q: Will I know where to go when I arrive?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a printed Guide to MEBS at check-in with the schedule and information to help you find sessions, competitions, vendors, and experiences throughout the resort.
